Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lilith Noir. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
For worldwide orders over $75, processing time is 2-3 business days and shipping time is 5-14 business days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-14 business days)
- Express Shipping (3-7 business days)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to customers located worldwide, including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, and Turkey.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- European Union: 10-21 business days
- Turkey: 1-3 business days
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Lilith Noir is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Lilith Noir is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lilith Noir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
