Thank you for shopping with Lilith Noir! We take great care in crafting each piece of jewelry, and this policy outlines how we handle the production and shipping of your orders.
1. Order Processing and Production Time
- Made-to-Order: Please note that all our products are made-to-order. Production begins only after your order payment is confirmed.
- Estimated Production Time: Our current estimated production time is 3-5 business days.
- Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Turkey.
- Potential Delays: While we strive to meet these estimates, production times may occasionally vary due to order volume, design complexity, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if a significant delay is expected with your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method chosen. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Carriers: We use reliable carriers for both domestic and international shipments to ensure your order reaches you safely. Tracking information is provided for most orders.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Please remember that the delivery times below are estimates and begin after your order has been produced (3-5 business days) and dispatched from our workshop.
USA, All EU Countries, Canada: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World (Other Countries): Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days after dispatch.
Disclaimer: These delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to factors such as carrier workload, weather conditions, customs clearance processes, and other unforeseen events beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery via the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the confirmation email.
5. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- Buyer Responsibility: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and/or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country upon arrival. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and paying any and all such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
- IOSS (EU Orders under €150): For eligible orders shipped to the EU with a value up to €150, VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme, as outlined in our Terms of Service. This should prevent additional VAT charges upon delivery for these specific orders, but does not cover potential duties or fees if applicable.
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@thelilithnoir.com or hakan@thelilithnoir.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery date, please first check the tracking information. If the package appears to be lost, please contact us at info@thelilithnoir.com or hakan@thelilithnoir.com so we can investigate with the carrier. Please note that carrier investigations can take time.
8. Policy Changes Lilith Noir reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
